Find the game with windows explorer, right click on it and open the version tab.The patches only apply to games loaded from disk, and the one you tried to apply applies only to the Deluxe version or (original+rush hour).I bought the physical game version time ago. By the way I checked the build version and it says '1.1.613.0'. Ah, that sounds like the problem, that's not the Deluxe version of SC4, mods and the like are generally only compatible with the Deluxe version of SC4. The Rush Hour expansion pack is exactly the same thing (only as an add-on to make regular into Deluxe if you catch my meaning).Simplest solution would be to buy a new copy, the disk is like 6€ here on Amazon, otherwise there are digital options, I'd recommend someone like GOG who don't add needless DRM and mess with the install files.Oh, well.

I've still known of users with problems patching which were solved by simply trying every regional variation of the patch, sometimes the locale of your disk can have nothing to do with it's intended origin, trying them all is really the only option in this case.Edit: one more possibility, I've heard that Origin are pretty happy to provide a free digital version of SC4 if you can prove you have an original disk with the product key.
